Pre-Pay Care Cards
We offer two different pre-pay options for visits. The 20 visit Care Card is popular during pregnancy/post-partum and with patients who have just initiated care and may need to be seen more frequently. The 10 visit Care Card is popular for our pediatric patients or our wellness patients who are seen less frequently. You’ll save $540 on the 20 visit pre-pay and $250 10 visit pre-pay. The Care Cards can be used towards any of your visits including re-exams. Care Cards are able to be shared between family members.

We are out-of-network with insurance companies which allows us to provide you with the highest quality of care. Many insurances offer great out-of-network chiropractic benefits which can cover up to 80-100% of your expenses.
We can provide you with a detailed superbill quarterly which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you’re unsure if you have out-of-network chiropractic coverage, call your insurance company directly and ask if you have “out-of-network chiropractic benefits”. They will be able to tell you your exact coverage.

We make the process of submitting to your insurance as easy and convenient as possible.
Contact your insurance company directly to see if you have out-of-network coverage. If you would like a superbill to submit to your insurance, just let us know at your next visit.
Our superbills are coded so that they can be submitted to your insurance company or to your HSA or FSA accounts.

Yes! If you have multiple family members who are under care, just let us know that you’d like to share a Care Card.

When you schedule online you are able to see all of your previous visits. If you are still unsure how many visits you have left we would be happy to check for you.

No. Pre-paid visits will stay on your account.

If you discontinue care for some reason after pre-paying for a Care Card and would like to cancel, we would be happy to reimburse you for any unused visits.
If you do not use the entire Care Card, the visits that you did use will be at our per visit rate ($75) and you will be reimbursed the remainder.

We ask that if you need to cancel an appointment you let us know at least 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies and births happen and do make exceptions for when life happens.
